About these terms

These terms apply to your use of tendereurope.com, and by using the website you accept them.

Information on the website

The content on this website is general information about public procurement and our services. It is not legal advice, and it cannot replace an assessment of your specific tender. Procurement rules change, and while we do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that it is complete or correct at all times.

Our services and agreements

Contacting us through the website, including booking a free strategy call, does not create any obligation for you or for us. Any assignment is based on a separate written agreement that describes the scope, price and terms of the work.

No guarantee of winning a tender

The decision to award a public contract is always made by the contracting authority. We therefore cannot guarantee that a bid will be successful, even though our aim is always to put you in the strongest possible position.

Confidentiality

Information and documents you share with us, including tender documents and drafts, are treated confidentially and only used to help you. This also applies to the local specialists we work with.

Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos and other content on the website belong to TenderEurope or our partners, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website may link to external sites, such as public procurement portals. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of information on the website, or from the website being temporarily unavailable. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the Danish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page is always the one that applies.
